Cooper Foundation offers its office conference room as a resource to Nebraska nonprofit organizations for meeting space only. The conference room is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
The meeting space is available during the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. The table seats 12. A phone is available for local conference calls. There is a television available for audio-visual needs such as PowerPoint presentations. The space includes a serving counter with a coffee pot and hot water pot available.
Cooper Foundation does not provide any food or catering needs. Any food or refreshments brought in will need to be approved before confirming the space request.
The room is not available to individuals or to be used for anything other than to conduct business. The space may not be used for private parties, political events/campaigning, religious services, sales solicitations or fundraisers.
Location: Cooper Foundation is located in the Wells Fargo Center in downtown Lincoln, at 1248 O Street, Suite 870. An attached parking garage (Rampark) is accessible off 12th Street between O and P streets.
